Why is this the first FAQ question?

Because we love our pets, sometimes more than people (*laugh*)

If you have pets, you'll want to be cautious. While our products are all natural, they include essential oils which cats, dogs, etc. can be sensitive to, if ingested. Basically, wash your hands after handling our lotion and before touching your pets or wait about 15 minutes for total absorption.

Start with a small amount and apply by rubbing it on your skin thoroughly. Take more from the jar as needed, be sure to thoroughly rub. Your skin should completely absorb our lotion within 5-10 minutes, leaving no greasy, staining residue.

REMEMBER:

It's generally always wiser to start small, because you can always use more as needed.

We can't accept returns. However, if there is an issue with the product when you receive it, please take clear pictures and send a descriptive email to:

ankit@bosanoglow.com

We will respond ASAP, within 24 hours.
